How these numbers are computed
Statistics on this page are aggregate counts from Shilder’s internal case database. No individual case data is exposed — every number is a count or average over the full operational period.
Recovery rateis computed as (cases successfully recovered) ÷ (cases accepted and worked). Cases declined during free expert review are excluded from the denominator — they never enter the recovery pipeline.
Average first response is the median time between case submission and the first message from the assigned expert.
Average resolution time is the median time from case acceptance to recovery confirmation (or refund for unrecoverable cases).
Past performance does not predict the outcome of any individual case.
