Shilder is an independent consultation and case-management service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Threads, or any of their subsidiaries.

The names “Meta”, “Instagram”, and “Facebook”, along with related marks and logos, are the property of Meta Platforms, Inc. We reference these names solely to describe the services our customers use and the platforms we help them appeal to.

Our status as a Meta Business Partner reflects program tooling and verification standing. It does not grant us privileged access to recover accounts, fast-track appeals, or override Meta’s decisions.

02No guarantee of recovery outcome

We do not and cannot guarantee that any specific account will be recovered. All appeals are submitted through Meta’s official channels, and the final decision rests entirely with Meta.

Any statistics, success rates, or case outcomes shown on this site represent historical aggregate data. Past performance does not predict the outcome of an individual case.

03No insider or unofficial access

Shilder does not have, claim to have, or seek to obtain insider access to Meta’s internal systems, employee contacts, or back-channel recovery methods. We do not pay Meta employees, intermediaries, or third parties to influence appeal decisions.

Services claiming insider access — whether on Telegram, Instagram DM, Reddit, or anywhere else — are either fraudulent or operating in violation of Meta’s terms. Engaging with them risks losing your money, your account, or both.

04We never ask for your password

Shilder will never ask for the password, login PIN, or active session tokens of your Instagram, Facebook, or other accounts. All recovery work goes through Meta’s official appeal interfaces — not by logging in to your account on your behalf.

If anyone representing Shilder asks for your password, treat it as a phishing attempt. Report it to hello@shilder.com immediately.

05Compliance with platform policies

Shilder operates only within the boundaries of Meta’s Terms of Service and Community Standards. We do not assist with the recovery of accounts that were disabled for severe violations (e.g. CSAM, terrorism, sale of restricted goods) and reserve the right to refuse any case at our sole discretion.
