How Shilder content is written and reviewed.
Account recovery is high-stakes. Our public content distinguishes official platform guidance from Shilder’s operational experience, cites primary sources, and avoids promises that no recovery provider can truthfully make.
Official sources first
We separate Meta, Instagram, and Facebook official guidance from Shilder operational interpretation. Official links are shown where they materially support a claim.
No insider-access claims
Shilder does not claim special backdoor access to Meta. We describe official appeal paths, documentation strategy, and case management practices.
Human review
Service pages, guides, reports, and AI summaries are reviewed by the Shilder recovery team before publication and after material platform changes.
Update cadence
High-intent recovery pages are reviewed at least monthly. Guides and glossary terms are reviewed when Meta changes flows or public documentation.
Corrections and review requests
If you find a factual issue, outdated official link, or misleading recovery claim, email hello@shilder.com with the page URL and the supporting source. We review correction requests within one business day.
When a correction materially changes recovery advice, we update the page, the structured data, and the AI overview so search engines and answer engines receive the same corrected fact pattern.
We use official Meta, Instagram, and Facebook documentation as source material, then add operational context from anonymized Shilder case work.
